It is not possible to deliver to P.O.Box. address in international deliveries as the delivery is only door-to-door and the delivery always needs to be signed for. However, it is possible to ask for a P.O.Box. delivery in Finland.

We deliver internationally. Please note that we do not deliver to: Burma, Central African Republic, Comoros, Cuba, Equatorial Guinea, Falklands, Guinea Bissau, Iran, Iraq, Johnston Island, Kiribati, North Korea, Mayotte Island, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Sao Tome & Principe, Sierra Leone, Solomon Islands, Somalia, St. Helena (S. Atlantic), Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tokelau Islands, Republic of Turkmenistan, Tuvalu and Wake Islands.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

2OR+BYYAT will handle all orders in the order they have been received. Delivery time varies depending on where the order is being delivered. Delivery time is calculated from the dispatch date. Delivery normally takes about 2-7 working days. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only. For instance destination customs clearance may cause delays. 2OR+ is not responsible for any delays caused by force majeure.


What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

For payment we use PayPal and Finnish online payment provider Suomen Verkkomaksut.

Methods of payment

Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The following methods of payment are available for the users of the webshop: Nordea, Osuuspankki, Sampo, Tapiola, Aktia, Nooa, Paikallisosuuspankit, Säästöpankit, Handelsbanken, S-Pankki, Ålandsbanken and credit cards. Online payments are made by using the website of Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. Payments can be made also beforehand by bank credit transfer.

Payments by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard

If you would like to pay by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, 2OR+BYYAT will act solely as the marketer of the respective products and services and will provide the products to the buyer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. With regard to payments made by Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard, Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy. The seller is liable to meet all the responsibilities related to the trade. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy is also the recipient of the payment.

Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy (FI21228397) provides the financial and payment service for online payment in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Suomen Verkkomaksut Oy buys the payment and disburses it to the seller. For the customer the service functions like a conventional online payment.

Following credit card types are accepted in Pay Pal: Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You do not need to have a registered Pay Pal account to pay in PayPal. More about PayPal at

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. We receive the right to not accept your order if for instance your payment cannot be authorized. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to 2OR+BYYAT, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. After completing your purchase we will not keep your payment data in our system.

All transactions other than PayPal are processed by Suomen Verkkomaksut and Luottokunta to ensure secure online transactions. Payment providers process all payments and handle the debit or credit card data. 2OR+BYYAT does not store debit or credit card data.

Orders & Returns

How do I place an Order?

In order to make purchases on 2OR+BYYAT webshop you do not have to register. You do have to provide your personal details, contact information and billing information. The customer is responsible in providing the correct information and to guarantee to be the person referred to in the billing information stated.

The contract between the customer and 2OR+BYYAT begins once an order is placed. Payment must be received prior to accepting an order. Once the order is successfully placed you will receive an order confirmation email to your email address. When placing and order in 2OR+BYYAT webshop you accept the terms and conditions of 2OR+BYYAT webshop.

In 2OR+BYYAT webshop we only sell products that are in stock. 2OR+BYYAT does not guarantee that all items included in the 2OR+BYYAT webshop are in stock at the time of your order. Please note that as leather is a natural material, small variations in leather products may occur.

Purchases of 2OR+BYYAT webshop are for personal use or gift use only. Re-sale or commercial benefits are prohibited. 2OR+BYYAT webshop reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any customer or postal address.

How Can I Exchange or Return a Product?

Leather goods are accurately made in real, carefully selected leather. Any imperfections, differences in shade, veining (especially in the natural accessories), are not to be considered as defects, but on the contrary as the typical aspects of a natural product. Therefore we cannot accept complaints due to the particular characteristics described.

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact 2OR+ webshop within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned immediately after notifying 2OR+ of a return via email: webshop(at)

All exchange items need to be returned in perfect, original condition. Used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified or damaged items and packaging will not be accepted. Clothes must be returned with all the item tags and in their original package. Bags must be returned in their original packaging. After we receive the returned item, we will ship you the exchange item and refund you of the possible difference. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please address the exchange shipment along with a completed Returns Form to 2OR+, Fredrikinkatu 35, 00120 Helsinki, Finland.

If you have ordered an item and it did not meet your expectations and you decided not to keep it, you may return the item. Items must be sent back within 14 days from receiving the merchandise. The time limit starts running the day after you have received the parcel. Returns will be accepted only when the item is shipped back within the given time limit, which means that you must ship the item out on time.

All items need to be returned in perfect, original condition along with a filled in Returns Form. Used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified or damaged items will not be accepted. Items must be returned with all the item tags and in their original package, along with a completed Returns Form that can be downloaded below. Bags must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items must be returned immediately after notifying 2OR+ of a return via email: webshop(at) Should the package be lost in transit, 2OR+ webshop will not be held responsible. Items lost in transportation will not be refunded. Please keep the delivery note. Please note that we will not refund the return shipping cost made in Finland. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping costs outside Finland.

2OR+ cannot guarantee that colours on the webshop will be true to life. This depends partly on the colour settings of your computer and monitor.

Contact information such as email addresses and phone numbers are needed to complete an order. Payment always takes place in the PayPal online billing server, on your bank server or on the credit card server. We do not receive any bank account details or credit card numbers.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure, 2OR+BYYAT’s obligations will be suspended. A force majeure is in the event of war, strike, riot, crime, government sanction, lockout, natural disaster or that prevents 2OR+BYYAT to fulfil its obligation under the contract. 2OR+BYYAT is not responsible for instance for delivery delays caused by force majeure.

Governing law

Any disputes will be negotiated and settled in Helsinki District Court in Finland.
